Gym and Tonic

Whether you follow a rigorous exercise regime or just wish to relax and unwind Stoke Rochford Hall’s health and fitness centre, Gym and Tonic is the place to be. Facilities are available exclusively to residents and club members, creating a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

For the energetic, there are rowing and running machines, electronic cycles and a pulse pace stepper. The above is complemented by a range of single station weight resistance machines and free weights to tone and condition the body. A sports hall, badminton court and floodlit sports pitches are also available.

If it is relaxation you are looking for, take a leisurely swim in the seasonal heated indoor pool, unwind in the jacuzzi, relax in the saunas and steam rooms or sample a taste of the tropics in the sunshower.
