"Thank You One And All"
On arrival we were given a room in the stable court yard (37) it was very clean and tidy we had been in the room for only five or ten minutes when a knock at the door there was a man with a dog bowl, mat, biscuits and a towel along with a welcome note for Archie our dog (fantastic). The first night we went down for dinner my wife had to choose the soup of the al a cart menu because she is lactose intolerant (an extremely new diagnosed condition) and for desert she was only left with the fruit cocktail, both of which were lovely, the second night when we went for dinner, Emma the waitress gave Shirley a hand written menu with lactose free options, (amazing) we asked the drinks waitress to thank the chef only to be told it was all Emma's idea she noticed we were booked in for dinner that night so she had gone to the chef and worked out a menu, for someone of that age to go above and beyond for a guest only staying for one more night was outstanding (all the way home we could not believe what she had done).
The breakfast staffs were also very helpful and may I say the chef's home made cereal was very tasty.
All the rabbits and squirrels in the grounds gave Archie something to get excited about and we loved the walk down to feed the ducks, and back after dinner before we settled down for the night.
Overall the two night celebration of our thirtieth wedding anniversary was great a beautiful location fantastic people and a great area to explore. THANK YOU one and all. Mr P. Booth
"Could Not Have Had Better Service Anywhere"

I would just like to say how much we enjoyed our stay at Stoke Rochford Hall. It is a wonderful place and lovely walks, I think we did them all.
Food was first class. Waiters and waitresses were very well trained and all of them had lovely manners. I was impressed as was my sister in law. Girls cleaining the bedrooms were vey efficient and very kind and helpful. We could not have had a better service anywhere. Best Wishes, Pat & Mary Jones
"The Setting Was Magnificent"
You hosted the wedding reception for my daughter and son-in-law on the afternoon of Friday 7th August last. We just wanted to say the setting was magnificent, the food was wonderful and the service excellent. To our surprise we leared during the course of the meal, that it was the first shift for one of the waitresses. We watched very carefuily but could not identify who it was such was the standard of service.
Mr Ritchie Smith supervised the evening very skilfu!ly and looked after our every need. We learned afterwards that the food and buffet manager, whose name cannot remember, was in charge for only his second shift. Again, one wouid not have known. We are so grateful for all the hard work your staff put in to make the occasion such a success. It was a format meal in a forma; setting and yet your staff managed to put everyone at their ease from the moment we entered the room. That takes tremendous skill and was appreciated by all. Will you please pass on to all the staff concerned, including those who provided the evening hog roast, our sincere thanks.
