Reflections Restaurant is a modern, sophisticated space, designed to offer our clients a most enjoyable dining experience.

A high standard of cuisine is served offering residential delegates a full English breakfast, three course hot and cold buffet luncheon and evening dinner from a three course table d'hôte menu within the 24 hour package.

Alternatively private dining is also available at a small supplement to the package rate, determined by menu choice.

Private dinners, functions and wedding breakfasts can be accommodated in our impressive Terrace Suite with its spectacular outlook over the Cringle Brook valley.

Function menus can be tailored to specific requests or selected from our comprehensive range. Courses have been individually priced in order that you may build your menu to suit your taste and budget.

Vegetarian and health conscious diets are accommodated during all meal times and our restaurant staff will ensure that your particular requests are adequately met throughout your stay.

We understand that wedding planning is complicated for the individual which can detract from what should be an otherwise exciting time. We have endeavoured to simplify the process by formulating an all encompassing package ensuring nothing is overlooked. Coupled with the experience of our coordinating team, you can be assured of complete peace of mind.

Up to 200 guests can be catered for in the Terrace Suite. Whether it be for a company dinner, formal banquet, summer ball or Christmas function.
