Conference Rooms

Stoke Rochford Hall offers extremely flexible accommodation for a wide variety of events. Grand elegant function areas include wonderful oak panelled rooms with ornate ceilings. These include the Grand Hall at the centre of the building, with its fine grey stone, carved chimney piece.

Off the Grand Hall is a vast Library and Orangery leading onto spectacular terraces; two drawing rooms – the Turnor and Rochford Rooms – with marble fireplaces, elaborate mirrors and carved doors and shutters; and, beyond these, the Oak Room with its unique black and white marble fireplace and many original portraits.

As well as these signature rooms, the centre has 19 other fully equipped conference areas, the largest of which seats 300 theatre style, with a floor area of 265m2 for exhibition purposes. In addition, there are a number of more intimate spaces for smaller seminars and meetings. Maximum flexibility can be offered, as rooms are configured in such a way that they can be used as an individual space or as a self-contained suite of rooms if required.

All rooms have natural light, black out facilities and high speed internet access. A range of state of the art audio visual equipment is available for hire.
