A fantastic opportunity has arisen has arisen for a passionate and driven guest-focused individual to join our friendly, hard-working Front Office team

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate an understanding of what world class service is; who are welcoming, enthusiastic, honest, accurate and well-organised

Experience, Knowledge and Skills required for Receptionst

• Looking after our hotel guests while promoting and maintaining the professional profile of the team
• Deliver the ‘Stoke Rochford Excellence’ service standards to ensure total guest satisfaction
• Taking bedroom reservations and conducting showrounds of the property
• Carrying out cash handling and guest accounting functions, ensuring all guest accounts are complete and accurate

Full time (38 hours per week)

Shifts will vary each week and include weekends and evenings

No reception experience needed, as full training will be given, although a passion for working with people is essential and some computer literacy will be required
